色控传媒l is pleased to announce new additions to its Board of Trustees.
Libby Jackson is a retired Education Professional, parent of two 色控传媒 alumni (Mary Jackson Cone 鈥�11 and Kevin Jackson, Jr. 鈥�09), and the grandmother of two current students. She holds an undergraduate degree in Education from the University of Georgia and a Masters鈥檚 degree in Educational Leadership from the University of New England. Libby brings years of educational experience and perspective to the board. After beginning her career with Chatham County schools, Libby began teaching at Savannah Country Day School where she eventually served as both Assistant Principal and Interim Principal. She is a member of the Bethesda Women鈥檚 Board and a past member of the Junior League of Savannah. 鈥淚 wish to use my time on the board to share and to begin institutional conversations and dialogues that will continue to move the school forward and for the school to always realize its fullest potential, all the while following the school鈥檚 mission statement, 鈥榙eveloping the whole person to the glory of God鈥� and their vision statement of 鈥榓 life-changing student experience,鈥欌�� shared Libby.
Paul D. Meyer, Esq. brings years of experience as a businessman and active philanthropic leadership to the Board of Trustees. A founding partner of Meyer & Sayers, LLP, Paul holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He later attended the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where he graduated as salutatorian. Paul has a demonstrated investment in Savannah鈥檚 philanthropic community and his volunteer experience is diverse. He has served in a leadership role at Performance Initiatives, Inc., Elevate Savannah, the Boy Scouts of America, Friends of Scouting, Hospice Savannah, Inc., the Hospice Savannah Foundation, Inc., the Steward Center for Palliative Care, Christ Church, the Savannah Community Foundation, and the Rotary Club of Skidaway Island. Paul is married to an 色控传媒 graduate (Jennifer Meyer 鈥�89) and is the parent of two 色控传媒 alumni (Harry 鈥�18 and Mary Jane 鈥�20.) Both his wife and mother-in-law, Carol Moore, taught in the lower school. He has experienced many facets of Savannah Christian through his personal life and will bring his experience and perspective to the Board. 鈥�I am looking forward to bringing my experience personally, as an attorney, a business person, and chairing other organizations to the 色控传媒 board,鈥� said Paul.
